How many degrees negative should i set my camber?

As title says, i'm having trouble with what i want to do. Some people say that one side should be less than the other and so on. So can someone please clarify what would be good and suitable for a road car. I was thinking -1.5 degrees on each wheel, does that make sense?

    thanks in advance.

I don't have the exact figures but it's pretty low. Pretty similar to your car but with 16 inch alpinas.

1.5 deg of front camber will be good on a street.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yes, as close to each other as you can. -1.5 to 2.0 negative camber with little to no change in toe setting. (toe set to 0).

it does sort of depend though. because as you say, the roads arent even they are already cambered off to the left in Aus, so sometimes places will set camber slightly differently on one side to stop the car wandering a little etc so they say. Also neutral toe isnt always best as sometimes the wheels of the car pull / push under brakes and accell so you sometimes want a slight bit of toe so that under driving conditions overall it is neutral.

this is just my general knowledge though, cannot comment on specifics of E30s as ive yet to do any work on mine haha

You'll get about 1.5deg of neg camber with stock mounts if you have ~2" of drop.
