PLEASE HELP: What Suspension should i pick?

Hey guys i need some help. I have a 1990 325i Cabrio convertible. I am looking to buy a new suspension and i need help. There are so many damn types im too over-whelmed. Here are my requirements:

    -Around $400
-Adjustable ride height, go to school in the U.P.(Michigan), chicago in summer
-would like to lower in about 2" from stock (but not slammed)
-comfortable ride but can still pull tight corners
    -am i missing anything?

PLEASE HELP AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK

2" drop is slammed. The JOM coilovers are probably the cheapest way to get decent full suspension with adjustable ride height. But they're still an unknown quantity.

for 400 bucks, JOM is pretty much your only option.

well, you said you want adjustability, so no there isn't. not for $400. save another $450 and buy bilstein sports w/ ground control coil kit. the coil kit is only $400 or $500(can't remember). don't even THINK about using them with stock shocks.

Great first post. It's literally as easy as going to the website guys. $400 for kit. just upgrade you shocks to match the spring rates you get.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "pop out". it is the same stuff they sell with their complete coilover kit so there shouldn't be any popping out.
