    GC front end questions

    I read through all the searched topics I could. I wanted to ask a couple of questions. My front end set up is GC coils/GC camber plate/ Koni-adjustables. It unmodified on e30 M3 struts

    1. The adjuster is all the way down and I still not tucking a 45 tire. I have atleast a finger gap between tire and fender. Do you I need to take the front adjuster out or smaller ID springs?

    2. Right now the camber plate is set for 0 degree camber, so I need to get an alignment and adjust camber. What is best degree for daily driving and auto-x?

    Not sure if I can help, but I'll try.

    And, it looks like this with it set almost as low as it can go.





    I dunno if that was enough tuck for you or you were looking for a lot more. My housings were cut and rewelded also if that helps you any. You could always just get an inch shorter spring and then raise the adjuster if that is too low...

    To answer you last question, I change the camber depending on how I feel. Ideally, if you dont want to blow through tires, dont have stupid amounts of camber. However, I got the coilovers/camber plates for a reason..soooo, hello camber. For DD and looks, I go anywhere between half and full negative camber. For autox, it is full negative camber.

      Thanks for the help. I might do a negative degree for the front. Got to take the front tire off to see what spring rate and length.
