I have a late model 318i sedan

Sorry no idea. Though for reference my early 318i has 2 fingers of gap up front and 3 in the rear after lowering on Bilsteins and Eibachs.

The only way to get more low out of this current setup is cutting springs. Which I will not do. Drop hats for the front would work but then I would have stupendous rake.
