    ground control spring rates

i have a s50 swapped 89 vert with stock sport seats and no carpet. ground control recommended 450f and 650r spring rates. they said it will be plenty stiff and aggressive but is there any need for them to be stiffer then that? its going to be street driven.

That should be plenty stiff enough for the street.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Those are the rates I have and I am very happy with them.

Thats what I run, also s50 swapped. Front seems a bit soft, rears I dare not increase unless i replace struts/revalve.

Comfy for daily driver, wouldn't mind stiffer but maybe not on New England roads.

Sounds good. I was running 550/750 with no rear bar on mine.

I have 450/750 in my m50 swapped vert and the ride is too stiff for city driving. If you live somewhere with no bumps or potholes then it would be great. Ground control recommended me going 450/750. I don't know why they told me 450/750 and then told you 450/650??? I wish I would have gone with a softer spring...

I was recommended 450/650 for my 318is and it was perfect. I could have lived with stiffer but I don't think it would have made the car any faster or any more fun to drive.
