Where to buy H&R Race Springs?

Turner and VAC have them listed for 345+! I am willing to buy them brand new but have heard of people spending as little as 300. Where can I get them from? They will be on a 91 sedan. Thanks

Hmm, didn't know they're different. I thought springs work for both the same. What differences are there that doesn't make them compatible? I need to know since I was just about to install Eibach spring made for E30M3 on my regular E30. Thanks.

I just waited till a used set popped up on R3V. That'll save you a few pennies.

I am running the E30M3 race springs on my 318, is there a difference?

I have the absolute answers. These are fact.

                1. Tirerack is currently the cheapest.

                2. H&R does not make Race springs for 318's or 325's. They only produce them for E30M3s. Check with H&R if you don't believe me. E30M3 springs work just fine on standard E30s.

                3. IE3s suck and are not "replicas" of H&R race. They just happen to have the same spring rate. (I figure it was a sales tactic. If they claim to be/are the same rates as Races, then some might think, "why spend more for the Races?" That is the marketing game.)

                  That's exactly what I thought.

Yup, e30 race springs as listed for all e30 models including the m3 (according to the box I'm looking at from Turner). Great springs (and perfect for a daily driver with Billie Sports IMO). I personally find the combination to be a bit soft actually.
