I'm thinking of upgrading the stock rack and wondered if an E36 rack is that much better than the E30 or should I just go with an "M" or "Z"? I see where the 92-98 E36 is 3.2 Turn to Lock... 95 E36 M3 is 3.0 Turn to Lock...95-97 E36 Z3 is 2.7 Turn to Lock. Anybody know what the E30 turn to lock is? I'm not tracking just want a little more fun out of it. Thanks for any suggestions

Will swapping racks affect the amazing turn radius E30s have?///Z

Ok it looks like the Z3 non M is the winner here. I saw this and wondered if anybody else has tried one of these. I can't tell if it's a linear one since the part number doesn't match up with BMW #32131095575 from RealOEM. Did they make a non-linear one for this particular E36 Z 95-97?

I actually bought my current rack about eleven years ago with lifetime warranty from Advance and they can't get me a replacement so I'm going to see tomorrow if they will let me have the Z rack and pay the price difference of $60 and the core difference of $20...not going to hold my breath but you never knowsigpic
