Power steering leak-what do i need?

So I've isolated my power steering leak to the steering boot. to fix the leak i assume all i need is a new boot and 2 clamps?

You need a new rack. There should be no fluid in the boots. The boots are to protect the rack seals.

^ what he said places it leaks you can fix is the hoses ,
things you cant and need to replace are pump and the rack if leaking.
time for you to swap a e36 rack.
