Hey, I've got eccentric rear shock mounts on my AST sportline 2 set, and something has been bothering me. I'm not exactly sure if for the rear shocks (it's a true coilover setup) you want the shock mounting point to be shifted inboard or outboard. I currently have them outboard for clearance with the wheel well, but with some modification they could also be mounted inboard. Is there any advantage to tilting the rear shocks? The bottom offset bushing also places the shock further outboard, of that I am sure because the guy who sold these to me told me to mount em that way.
tl;dr: what is the advantage of eccentric RSMs?
