So,I m about to change the rear set of shock absorbers on my car and I have a question.
There are HR Springs and Bilstein Sport shock absorbers all around at the moment. The rear bilsteins are almost shot, measured at around 45% both,
whereas the front are at around 70%. I know these figures are just for
general comparison between them and not absolute figures, but I m gonna change the rear sometime next month.
Since the car is dropped by the HR springs (-35mm),can I use Bilstein Sprint in the rear instead of sports?
I mean ,I know the valving is the same, but still the fronts will remain the same ie sports at least for another 4-6 months.
Is this a stupid idea or not? Feel free to flame!
Thank you.
