I thought it was a sticky but I cant find it, its a thread where someone was writing about suspension rebuilds( that helps right?>) I remember them writing about like the sub frame bushing or the diff bushing and saying its not necessary to buy new ones....anyone?

there is one called something like 'the ultimate while you're at it suspension guide' or something like that. if you do a search you should be able to find that.

bushes generally need changing if they never have been, they do go bad. especially diff bush and subframe bushes. if you follow the topics people put up most people do all of the common stuff (i have a big mountain of parts i've been collecting too :P).
