    Help me choose

This would be a sometime daily driver that I will be weekend racing. I need help choosing between Eibach #2003.320 or Suspension Techniques #52010 sway bar sets. Please dont offer other choices, I'm only interested in using one of these setups.

If you have good or bad reviews, please let me know.

What springs are on the car? The sway should be chosen to match the spring rates in use.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

going to be using eibach coil over springs. I havent decided on weight yet, I was going to try a couple different weights to be honest. This wont be for the car in my sig, totally different e30 with a m20b25.

You really have to figure out what spring rates you are going to use before picking sways.

A 22/19mm sway should be okay for those springs.

I would imagine you'll be very happy with that spring rate for DD/Track use and thus would not want to change... therefore going with jlevie's sway suggestion seems like the best answer to me.
