suspension help! best springs and shocks?

Hello all! I'm new to this site and just made the move from STi to a 1990 325is e30 coupe. My question is, what springs should I go with? I've been reading some good things about h&r but what type are the best? Who has the best prices and should I change the shocks too? I won't be on the track at all just daily driving. I will also be looking to buy some 16x8 wheels soon. Thanks for the help! :D

I AM running on tein springs and bilstine shocks and my ride runs good :)

I have bilsteins and tokico lowering springs on my 318is daily driver car.

It handles pretty damn well and rides really nice. Tight but not punishing.

My e30 325i is setup for STX autoX. AST 5100s, 550 front, 630 rear springs, yadda ... Watch out for potholes, etc.

Meanwhile my e46 Touring, sport package, is bone stock. Boingy and soft.
