I think the only place to get them is from RPM in the UK
Thats where I got mine. -
No there are US distributors. If you go to Gaz's web site they have a list of distributors. I know there is a place in Florida that sells their stuff.
This UK site also ships world wide.

You can get a standard separate spring/shock setup. Just tell them which one you want and they build itComment

think i've found the cheapest place to buy and for extra 120 they will provide you the strut housing instead of sending yours in.

coilovershock.com is the guy in FL mentioned above, I spoke with him last year and he was a super nice guy. He gave me a very reasonable price with no core charge, i dont remember exactly what the price was, but I ended up doing a swap instead. I still plan to get a set in the near future. Any other info about neccesary mods to run the true coilover in the rear?Comment

I got mine last year from www.raceperformancemodified.com and can't say enough good things about the purchase experience. I was given the personal treatment by Jimmy, the owner and must have exchanged 30 e-mails with the guy. I didn't have to send in my core strut housings and got the donors with the GHA "street" shocks for ~ $1100 shipped. Both height and damper adjustable but not quite the "race" spec ones.
I had some height issues due to the longer spring being sent to me by Gaz (mine were drop shipped) and was never asked to send the incorrect ones back. It was all corrected with no hassle though RPM.
The current price is dependent on the GBP/Dollar exchange rate so your price may vary.
The coils have been great and I've been running a true rear setup (no inboard springs) for close to a year now with nothing but some squeaking coming from the bushings on my JT rear mounts. I plan to upgrade the rear mounts with some spherical ball bearing types and eventually get a rear strut bar for extra insurance but I've been fine without extra reinforcement in a daily driver that doesn't get tracked. These things go LOW too, I still have 3" left up front and a good 2.5" and I cannot imagine going any lower without it looking ridiculous.
Drop Jimmy at RPM an e-mail if you're interested and tell him Pabel from Miami sent you. He's a good guy who knows how to keep his customers happy.
I'll post up some pics this week if you guys are interested.1990 BMW 325is 5spd - Brilliantrot

do you mean jenny?? because that's the person i've been emailing back and forth about the gold coilover kit.
also did your coilover kit come with top mount on the front and does you gha have adjustable damper like gold coilover kit?Comment

It was actually Jimmy who helped me...though a "Jenny" sounds more interesting :)
No strut/topmount included with these. I actually just bought fresh stock ones for the moment and they've held up fine. No need for fancy camber/caster adjustment here, it's a DD that will likely never see any track time.1990 BMW 325is 5spd - Brilliantrot
