    Front end shimmy clunk.

so when ever i go driving i get a wobble and clunk from the right front ehd at around 47 and 63 Mph. and for some reason its really bad in reverse going 3 mph. could it be bushings or steering rack or anything else?

The rack isn't likely to be the problem, but worn tie rods, control arms, control arm bushings, or upper strut mounts are all possibilities. Inspect the front suspension and replace worn parts.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
