abnormal suspension question

Okay I know the best budget set up is billies with hr springs. I want to know if there is a cheap set of shocks and springs that will lower my car.

I DON'T CARE ABOUT PERFORMANCE! If it is cheap, will last, rides like Stock shocks fine, as long as it will lower the car at lleast an inch to 1.5

The JOM coil setup is actually pretty nice for the money and the ride is really good I think.

I've heard good thinks about the tokico kit as well. But you could also grab a set of used h&r sports for $100-140 and get a set off kyb struts and kyb camaro rears for another $120. That gives a nice ride for $220-260
