Anyone have first hand experience with IE race springs. Building a budget E30 track car, will not see street use. Want to stay the price range of these springs. What would you recommend?

This is for Chump Car. Can't have anything obviously cheaty, or too racy. After all the gutting of the interior and trunk, around 400lbs by our scale, the car is sitting way too high on the stock set up.Comment

undecided on shocks, again, has to be stockish in appearance or we'll get dinged with penalty lapsComment

Idk the rules of chump car, but if u can put race springs put them on. If you can do coils do so. Do whatever is the best allowed setup that is within regulations.

No comparison between IE3 springs and H&R Sport.
You should go with IE3 or H&R Race.Comment

I've got some cheap coilover scraps. Parts came on a car i bought and trade in parts. etc. I could set you up with some eibach 5" 650 springs that you could just run with out adjusters and some generic 450 front springs with adjusters and top hats. They are all pretty dirty so you'd be able to stay under the radar. $180 shipped. Just need to pull them out of storage.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
