its honestly nothing more than an hours work, thats including cutting the strut tubes down and cleaning everything up. Just keep calling a few machine shops, they shouldnt be charging you more than their hourly rates. Maybe try some people that do fabrication for things like roll cages or people who do wheel repairs and modifications if you arent having luck elsewhere.
Just a little project im working on

It is really easy. Use a sawzall or hack saw, cut the strut 2 inches above the cast knuckle. Slide the BC sleeve over the stub, grind it to fit, weld it. Paint it. Install on car. Drive. Enjoy!

I paid 70. Guy owns a race shop. Boeing calls once a week because of how good he is at wellding.

There was a GB from someone here or on another "evil" forum, can't remember.

I've since ordered H&R Race's and Bilsteins. My reasons being i've had a set of budget coils on a different car in the past and I wasn't impressed with them on any level, the height adjustment was nice, but the dampening was terrible.

If I get to the point that I am out driving my spring / shock setup, i'll upgrade, but I doubt thats going to happen.

I had mine welded at a local Tuner shop. The dude charged me 60 bucks under the table :)
