325e suspension advice...

I hate to admit this, but I am just not familiar enough with my options here - and I have a more unique request.

My e30 is my DD. She's am 87 325e sedan. I want to level her out. It bugs me how the rear sits higher than the front. I don't want to get lowering springs since this is the DD and clearance could be an issue, along with the affect on camber and the fact I'd destroy my struts by running them partially compressed the entire time. And I don't want to drop a ton of money on the DD. I'd be greatful for some improved handling and a little bit lower stance - but that's about it.

Any options? M3 springs? IS suspension?

m3 springs will drop it i think .25-.5 of an inch. If you are looking to level the rear, you could always remove the springs pads in the rear. I think both top and bottom are good for a total of 10mm drop?

replace bushings, end links, and sway bushings. If the car's suspension feels worn, that is a cheap way to get it running tighter

I've already got urethane bushings and strut mounts waiting to go in - figure I should address this while i'm there. I didn't realize the car had spring pads, honestly. I'm rather interested in the m3 springs too, as they do offer some gain in handling without needing different struts.

springs pad? it provides some extra cushion between the spring and the frame. Just gives it some bounce

when you take off the spring pads, the lips are still there. There is no need to be fearful of the spring "falling" out
