Ireland rear strut bar installation

Just picked one up and had a quick question about install. Here's what logic tells me but please correct me if I'm wrong:

From top to bottom:

- Strut bar
- OEM reinforcement plate
- RSM
- Shock

Is this the recommended order? Just wondering if the bar should go under or over the reinforcement plate.

The bar goes over.

The reinforcement plate acts as the upper part of the body panel sandwich (the RSM acting as the lower portion).
