    New Springs

Well I recently dropped my car with KW 60/40 springs. Put the car on the ground. Rolled it back and forth. Then took it for a slow drive. I noticed it makes a loud spring binding noise when I turn? Will this go away eventually? I also looked and it looks like the bottom spring sits on the spring below it.

^^ What? Nooo. That nut isn't suppose to be super tight. Just snug tight.
#7 and #8 spacers are important, you installed them right?

And make sure the spring is fitted to the top hat correctly (#9). Top and bottom.

yes, the washers are on. I made sure when the car was put down that the springs were in the little sections. It seems to make more noise on the pass side. I will check that out

I think I over tightened my nut. It wasn't allowing the spring hat to rotate.

You can't overtighten the top nut, I always put them on with a 1/2" impact. If the strut mount isn't rotating then you are either missing a washer somewhere or have it in the wrong place.
