    another identify this thread Two Bilstein inserts



    No identifying marks at the top, was told they are E28 inserts some time ago. But without markings they are damn tough to intentify, they do fit standard tubes for E30's but they significantly bigger where the threaded portion is.

    There should be a part # stamped into the top of the damper near where it bolts on. You might have to scrub the tops a little bit to find it.

      They look like e23 inserts. 19mm shaft for the strut bearing? 27mm nut? If so i believe yert318 is looking for a pair.
