things I have replace in pairs,inner/outer tie rod,cab poly bushing akg,swaybar link/bushing,lower control arm. noise was already there before I replace whole front end with new parts.
front clunk/popping noise

Uh, when does it clunk? Moving, not moving? From what you've said, I'd look at the things you haven't replaced. If its when stopped, I'd look at the subframe/steering rack. If its when moving, look at the engine mounts as well.2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD LBZ/Allison

clunk happen on bumpy road and very noticeable when turning left or right. I also can feel the clunk near my pedal.Comment

if your oil pan sit about half a inch away from your skid plate does that mean motor mount is bad? also crossmember and rack bolt is tight on.Comment
