    e36 Rack Spacers

I have equal thickness spacers top to bottom on my e36 rack, my car is lowered about 3/4" so it seemed to me that raising up the rack a little made some sense as its relationship to the spindles is closer to stock. I am in the middle of my swap and have not driven the car yet. What do any of you think, should I put all the spacers on top? It real easy to change now with my motor out. Thanks

I would put all the spacers at the bottom to raise the rack. At least that is how mine is going together now.

Thanks Chris, my buddy who has a shop here says the same put them on the bottom it will reduce bump steer, he runs an e30 with a m60 V-8 and tracks the car sometimes. Do you think the rack will hit the oil pan on my S52? the resident expert on the e30 site thinks it will.
