Strut tower cutting to fix camber

I have HR sport with GC camber plates. The problem is that I have it alligned to -3 deg camber for the track. I'm tired of wearing out tires and white nuckle driving in the rain. This is also my DD for the time being. I want to adjust closer to stock but the passengers side frame is tweaked to the point that it is at the lowest setting and can't go any lower than -3
The only option I can think of is to cut/open up the hole in the strut tower so I can easily adjust the plates to the camber I want.
I've been searching for ideas on 1. how to do this without messing up the tower? 2. what if any reinforcements do I need to weld in place to make sure I don't rip the tower? 3. maybe there is another option I haven't thought of.
I would really like to be able to adjust these @ the track and then back closer to stock for street driving.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

Have you considered taking the car to frame shop and having the damage reduced? That would make more sense than hacking on the strut tower. Another option would be to have the strut bent to take out some of the camber. I'd try those before cutting the strut tower
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      Thanks Jim.

I'm looking into that now...never heard of strut bending but it makes sense. I assume that the actual strut isn't bent but the nuckle/spindle part?
To be honest, I'm weary of a frame shop pulling my car.

A good frame shop can work wonders and that would be my first choice. If the results aren't quite enough I'd bend the strut at the bottom. It doesn't take much and there are no negative side affects other than that a replacement strut would also have to be bent.
