I'm running GC c/c plates onto this H&R coiovers, main springs area bit short due to extra clerance given by Ground Control's camber/caster plates.
This particular setup has tender springs too, 300lbs main and 380 lbs rear springs.
So, during last trip to mainland I purchased a set of 7" 300lbs springs from IE, thanks Jeff.
Also left oem rubber pads on and added hard plastic washers to avoid binding and noise.
For rear springs, make sure you tighten allen screws !
As far as rubber pads and hard plastic washers, I like to use them to avoid metal to metal contact between suspension components.
