    Need Help! Installing Bilstein Sports NOW!

    I'm outside putting these in, and not sure on one thing.

    When do I tighten the top nut on the shock? I'm talking about the one which holds the shock to the RSM. I Imagine how far I tighten it will affect the travel.

    Thats a negative ghost rider! Travel is based on the piston below
    I love that people ask stupid questions so I dont have.

      You tighten the nut all the way. There is a metal sleeve in the RSM that only lets the nut get just so tight.
      The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
