Steering NOT Returning

Steering is not returning to center after a turn stays at 11/1 o' clock until I correct it. Can anyone give me some possibilities?

Upgraded to Bilstein sports and H&R Race had it aligned at NTB

toe it in a little and use M3 offset CABs...

I'm having the same issue now, after a complete suspension refresh (front and rear) and 3 alignment jobs. My next step is the offset CABs... I had originally stayed stock everything...

ive run the m3 cab's in heaps of cars. and with the alighnment setting the toe right they centre faster then normal due to the extra caster.

if the alighnment is right then i would suggest the rack is bent. or bearings are stiff.
