unsprung length of stock 318is (or 325is) rear springs?

Would appreciate it much if someone who has some stock is rear springs sitting around loose could measure the unsprung height of them for me. I'm trying to drop the rear end of the rallycross e30 down an inch or so (but not the front - I want reverse rake), and I'm on stock early 318i springs that are pretty tall.

    thanks in advance!

It's like 9". There's been threads on this before, look around.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

thx. All the ones I found so far were spring rates or "drop" measurements sprung, but I'll browse some more.
