Just a silly Ground Control question...

Every time I jack my car up my spring dislodges from the perch and I have to lower the car slowly while trying to keep the GC spring aligned and not crush whatever tool I'm using at the same time.

I removed both spring pads and I am just running the white poly seat. the 750 springs and Billy Sports.

How can I avoid having to align the spring but still keep my lowz?

Im guessing you are talking about the rear springs? I think its a plight of all when you run shorter springs. My sway bars wont allow that much droop but they always go right back into place.
I run adjusters on the trailing arms and spring pads on the top.

Yes! I completely forgot that important morsel of information.

It's just the nature of the beast dude. All of us coilover guys have that problem. The only real solutions are thicker sway bars or short body shocks. The shorter shocks wont allow the trailing arm to droop very far and the sway bar will sort of do the same.

The trick is to keep your E brake on when lifting the rear.

              ...or a set of these...;)

This might be your best bet. You could even just get some nylon webbing and attach it to the body and the trailing arm on each side with a self tapping sheet metal screw. It wouldn't need to be very strong as there would only be the weight of the suspension on it, and only when at full droop.

I always pull the ebrake when lifting the car....? It didn't change anything for me...

Thanks, but it's not THAT big of an issue. I was just curious, I've never seen anyone here complain about it. I only put my adjusters about halfway down because of it. Which is fine because I have a horrid reverse rake going on even at that level and my fronts all the way down.
