    Currently ghetto slammed

I want to fix this. I want to still ride at my current ride height but I want to do it without blowing out my shocks. I dont race or track my e30 I just drive it. Its my DD. So im trying to do it with out dumping vast amounts into it. Currently im this low on cut springs and stock shocks (bought it that way)

How can i (on a budget) maintain this kind of ride height without blowing out my struts? Maybe shorter struts? Drop springs? I know some guys run GC coils. would those work? what kind of shock and spring rate should i pair them with?

Any help is much appreciated. thanks!

JOMs would probably fit the bill, they are pretty much the same price as a set of Bilstein Sports
