    cosmo doesnt fit

    so i have an e30 318is
    i removed front struts. saw that they were biltseins - and in perfect condition .removed spring and boot - repainted etc etc -i installed cosmo coilover onto strut and it hits the gold ring around the srut - top - where the actual strut meets the seal .the sleeve of the coil over rest on this part - not on spring perch car monster trucks - did i get the wrong set up in the mail... put entire m3 front end in new everthing was runnin smooth till those sleeves didnt fit please helo me out - thanks

      You have to take that big gold nut off and THEN put the threaded sleeve on.

      That should solve uour problem

        yup. you need to remove the big nut that holds in the shocks. that will solve all your issues.
