because i have m3 links and the tabs, but would have to completely remove the strut assemblies.
this swap would be easier and down the road i could add the m3 links to make it even greater.
of course i could just get a 25mm, if it isn't so much of an overkill, and then swap it later for a 22m adjustable one with m3 links

stock 20mm in front, 0mm in back. but i want to have the car balance with the rear bar reconnected since that's not really the solution i want truly anymore. (I think I am losing traction in back too much, and maybe no bar and too soft of rates for it are to blame)
i could just drop the rear spring rates, but that'd be $120 anyway. and i could probably use the stiffness. [and swapping the front springs would cost $120 too, and not be as easy (versus rear springs or front bar).] My front rates in the end seem to be a little soft, and a bigger front bar could help correct this in the meantime before I ultimately change rates completely.
plus, an adjustable front bar would be nice to fine tune the balance, with factors such as camber coming into play, etc. you can't adjust a cabby bar without adjustable endlinks. and that'd be $75 anyway for a cabby bar.Last edited by rwh11385; 11-22-2005, 05:35 PM.

The new bar is a solid bar, VS the larger bar which is hollow. People do not seem to understand that the larger hollow bar is not as stiff as a solid bar of the same size.
That 22mm bar could easily be stiffer than the larger hollow one. The only advantage to hollow bars is that they are lighter.
