    Upgrade Rear shock mounts?

Has anyone replaced their old stock shock mounts to RE e46 mounts?
Modbaragin sells a set for $100 and it seems like a good maintenance while having the shocks replaced.
ModBargains.com offers the lowest prices online for Rogue Engineering Rear Shock Mounts for your E30/E36/E46 + M3. SAVE Online, or call 714-582-3330 to speak to one of our Experts Now.

    Any thoughts?

Those are good. I use them on the race car with race bushings (from Rouge). They are perhaps a bit of overkill on a street car. The mounts that Bimmerworld sells (http://store.bimmerworld.com/lifetim...-set-p397.aspx) are a bit cheaper and are more than strong enough.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      I bought these

They are pretty nice and bit cheaper than the rouge pieces I do think they may be tad overkill for street car but they don't make the car any louder and they make the car ride a bit better than with the oem mounts

Agreed, the IE mounts are priced very reasonably. I've used them in a couple cars myself.

If it were me I'd either go plain old Meyle HD or straight to the IE mounts.

rose joint types are the best. its about the best there is. they do tend to be pricey through. im currently running factory bmw e46 rear mounts. they are stronger then e30 ones. and fit 100%

I went with rogue engineering, same basic design as IE's.

Doing it again, its really a toss up between rogue, IE, and ground control . They're all very solid.
I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.

Thanks for all the inputs guys. Suspension is backed up in the maintenance list, but still something i wanted to discuss before purchasing.

Im leaning towards the Bimmerworld mounts as they look ok and price is only $40 at the moment! :)

That would probably be the most durable OEM replacement. But if your gonna upgrade, why not just got with the IE.
