So it looks like they have three different sets of springs.... Anyone know which ones would be the highest rate/most drop?

                    Options are 1.3" drop for 318, 1.5" drop for 1991 318IS, and 1.0" drop for M3.

Supposedly a standard M3 spring will drop a regular e30 1" and a 1" lowering spring for an e30 would drop it another 1" over that for a total of a 2" drop. And I assume the m3 springs would also have the stiffest spring rate. But IDK how true any of that is. I just ordered the correct spring for my car which is the 1.3" 318 spring

Post pics, and what shocks/strut combo you are using. Before and after.

I am very curious about these springs.

Im using bilsteins. My car currently is sitting on stock shocks/struts and oem springs that have been cut. I did not do this the PO did lol. So I am not really sure what its supposed to sit like completely stock. But from what I have seen I think it will definitely be lower than it currently is.

Ill be getting mine tomorrow, but won't be installing them til next weekend, with E90 Drop hats.

Anybody who's only thinking about this should really just jump on it, you can sell them for more then what you paid a few months from now.

Apparently their as stiff as H&Rs? I heard somewhere, could be entirely wrong.

I'm currently sitting on stock springs (I think) but with Bilstein Sports on a 1990 Cabrio I pulled out of a swamp, lol. I wanted to get rid of the huge gap at the front but wasn't trying to lower the car drastically. I ordered the M3 springs because I was concerned the other spring rates wouldn't be appropriate for a cabrio (especially the front).

I am considering leaving the rear stock and just installing the fronts. I will take photos before and after, mbonanni, but I don't know if the cabrio will be pertinent to your situation. I am hoping they will arrive in time to install Saturday or Sunday. Thanks again to Bimmerguy91 for the hook-up, I am excited about these.
