    What springs with Bilstein HD's?

I know most lowering springs will blow out the HD's, other than H&R OE sport, are there any other aftermarket springs that I could safely use? I'm only looking to get about 1" of a drop, anything more would be too harsh for the shocks

Eibach, Vogtland, ST, H&R Sport. They would all be ok with the HD's I think. OE sports could be used with OE dampers which I'm pretty sure is the point of them

I've run H&R Sport with Bilstein HD and it rode GREAT.

Really? I've heard the OE sports work well, but the sports are too low for the HD's.

I would just go ahead and buy a set of Bilstein sports, but the HD's have about 5k miles on them

The HD's are better than OEM shocks. I dont see any reason a mild spring like an h&r sport etc would be a problem. Now H&R race IE3 etc yeah I might could see that

Yes really. This is first hand experience, not somebody who told somebody something once. ;)

Well, thanks for the feedback! I'll be throwing on a set of h&r sports once winter, and the threat of driving through deep snow, has passed.
