I took my car to the shop to get my car aligned. That's when I found out that the e30's rear alignment can't be adjusted, "hm well that saves some trouble". The tech said "bad news though is that you're sitting at 3degrees toe and is destroying your tires". I never noticed because I worked locally. Now that I'm woking further I'm going through two rear tires every 3-4 weeks. I looked under myself and it looks like a couple of small dents about 1cm on the driver trailing arm(possible damage front getting bottomed out). Bushings looked somewhat ok. I have KYB gas shocks and everything else is stock. The driver side rear anti roll bar is disconnected from the antiroll bar link. There's no extra weight in the trunk or rear seat to lower it from original height. My question is wtf could be fucking up my toe so bad??????
Stock ride height at 3degrees toe??????????

Worn bushing will cause a lot of problems. I'd start with replacing those. Bent trailing arms will also cause problems. -
It's probably your bushings if the toe is off equally. I'd replace all rears while you're at it (subframe, trailing arms, diff, sway end links) but the diff mount and end links shouldn't really affect your alignment. If one is off more than the other it could be the bent/dented TA.The first car I ever rode in was an e30
