    GC install

    Sorry to cluder with these stupid threads but i cant just get my answer by searching. i purchased these (http://www.ground-control-store.com/...ion.php/II=540) and im getting them early next week and i wanted to know if i needed anything else to install them?? new bearings/hub pressing anything idk? my friend is freaking me out by saying i have to replace everything and get everything pressed and get special tools? or is it just take out the old and in with the new?? Thanks :o

    You may need help getting the hub bearing off of the spindle, but that's it.
    I have never needed a puller to remove the hub, but others have.

    Now would be a good time to replace the bearings since you're swapping from one assembly to another

    Otherwise, pull your old suspension and replace it with the pretty stuff!

        BEER...if you're of age of course.

        36mm socket to remove the hub nut
        Brake Clean
        Brake pads if needed


        You shouldn't need anything in particular, just check your bearings.

        If you have play when wiggling the wheel with your hands at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions, replace them. The hub and bearing assemblies are sold as one unit.

                  Take plenty of pics during your install, and post a before and after pic when you're done.
