I believe it's just the camber plates that are different. Street touring ones only have corrective castor adjustment. They ride a lot quieter on the street

You're right that the difference is the camber plates. BUT, the street touring kit comes with the GC Touring camber plates which are only camber adjustable. I highly recommend going with those on a street car.
