    haha I dont have the tabs to weld, they flew off the car im thinking i can weld the ireland plates in.

    It eliminates the tab from the mount not the subframe. My picture above shows the original mount being used as well as the subframe bolt.

    The tab thats removed is similar to these e39 brackets. those can bend and pop out since theyre secured from only one side (the part thats missing from your subframe

    I thought the point of that Ireland engineering mount was that you could eliminate the need for the tab because the plate is secured to the subframe.

    Its a choice of 19 mm or 22 mm with itelands kit. The vert is 21 mm. Buy the 19 and ream out the bushings. Real easy to do! Such a better design! DOOOOO IT Click image for larger version
