    Idiot with suspension

Okay I don't know very much about suspension, so here are my thoughts of what to do in the future. BTW I live in Colorado and our roads are absolute shit around here so it cant be to low but I'm young so stiffness I guess isn't to big of a problem. But I do want to take my car auto crossing and/or track days with the BMWCCA twice a year. So if you could fill in the gaps if you could

    I was thinking:
Ireland Engineering 22mm front sway bar 19mm in the back.

    H&R springs of some sort

I really need new shocks so Bilstein sports

Need new ball joints and Control arms don't match (just one replace) so stock control arms with M3 bushings and no idea about ball joints.

And I want to find some basket weaves 14" or if I could 15" inch. But tires aren't for this section.

Reminder I will tackle these things as I can.

Sounds like you should get a setup like lambo.

It's the GC kit, I believe 450ish front rates/700 rears. He has the M3 style sway bar mounts. Running stock sways.

I don't doubt he will find this thread and comment on it. But I really want to get a little lower but my dad protests cause he's old and I'm young and senile and I like a lil bit of LOW! But I really want it to stick and look good and be able to drive daily to school/that job thing/practice.

GC is pretty good for that. Lambo's car is stiff but it isn't really that bad as far as ride goes.

I guess he goes down to NM with it so it can't be that bad.

                GC street kit with konis. 440lb 6" front, 650lb rear 5", m3 sway tabs/links. $1000+m3 links. Done.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Honestly, the roads are just as bad if not worse in Colorado. My ix was almost as bad down here.

Nathan (325i) was telling me Chris (ADOPEWITASCOPE) was curious about my setup as well. I think he wants to check it out during winter break, you're welcome to as well. I'm curious to compare the ride to his IE springs and Bilsteins.

                    Rob (325ix) is right though.

                    Race (?) camber plates

Also, the roads in Castle Rock are by far the worst fucking roads I have ever driven on. Fuck them.

Enlighten us on how the suspension works in a lambo and how would you go about lamboing out your e30?

                          i.e. the two main roads

                          edit: technically one road...

Arvada sucks pretty bad also. Everywhere I go I find new things to avoid at stock ride height.

Just wait till your low! Arvada doesn't seem to know how to make proper repairs on their roads and some can get pretty sketchy haha.
