Can't get tie rod assembly off steering rack

I've tried channel locks, vice grips, even a 32mm combo wrench, and it won't budge. It is a right hand thread right?(lefty loosey). Should I buy a pipe wrench and try that?

    Help please

P.S. yes the locking tabs are bent back

Someone may have used locktite on them. Just keep trying. Make sure that your wheel is turned almost all the way to the right when you take the driver's tie rod off (and vise versa) so you put less pressure on the seals in the rack.

they make sockets for 1/2" impact guns to do this. spins the whole outer off the inner.
if your impact isn't strong enough, get the hot wrench out and double team it

I jacked the car up, put a stillsen wrench on the tie rod and a jack stand under the handle of the wrench. Let the jack down slowly, and the force of the jack stand pushing the wrench loosened them up immediately.
