Steering rack/column conversion on Airbag Equiped car

Ok So I've read tons of thread regarding converting steering racks. Ive even found out that Zionsville sell a "kit" and/ or a Instruction. everything Ive researched has regarded NON airbag equiped cars.
I'm looking for info on doing a conversion on my 92' 318iC which does have Airbags. Is there anybody here that HAS done a conversion like this??
I also wanna delete ALL componets of the Air-bag system. Its my belief that the steering coulmn's are different too and wanna know if you can convert it it a NON AB coulmn???

I've done it on a customers car. Not hard. Just need to know what you are doing.

Think ya could clue me in there Jordan?? With the rack what differs from a non bag car conversion?? Have you also changed coulmn's?? Any insight on that would be nice

No column change. Just made a custom linkage.

I used a early 318i linkage. Removed the donut and flipped it around. I don't remember what else... worked great.
