Ya - these billies are not cutting it for me. Too bouncy and my front passenger shock is already blown completely. I think I also have to swallow it and do konis or even go with the mr2 inserts. I'm just concerned if some new front inserts will apply to the GE camber plates. I DEFINITELY need something stronger though.

Update - the shock was definitely done for it. I decided to just send the front set back to Bilstein and have an order form filled out to be revalved stronger for my suspension setup. I will just make sure they revalve them to handle the extra weight in the front from the swap plus the 450lb springs.

Im running the same setup up front on my car, and I wouldn't describe mine as bumpy at all. And thats lowered down about 2/3rds of the threads, ~22.5" fender to ground on 205/45/16s. Maybe you had a bad batch of shocks?? Let us know how the new setup works out.

Anywho... iX Bilstein valving is not suitable for 450lb springs I dont think. Bilstein wouldnt disagree either. But that could be because they want to make more $$$. Who knows. There is a chance I had a bad shock...
