    Which Struts/shocks for me

I don't think I am going to lower my e30 I am pretty happy with the stock suspension. I think replacing the subframe and controll arm bushings will probably make the biggest improvement. If I want flatter cornering I will probably upgrade the sway bars.

I am going to replace the shocks & struts I am not sure what to go with OEM Boge or Bilstien HD or Sports

    what are your guys opinions

My choice would be Koni SA shocks, initially set 1/2 turn from full soft when using stock springs.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

This. I picked up a set of rears used for a good price, and at full soft they ride just like the oem ones do. They are slightly shorter than stock, but I have been running mine on stock springs without any issue. Then if you do lower your car, you can adjust them to suit the springs you get.

KYB is a great option if you're trying to keep things cheap.

Otherwise, Bilstein HD is a nice choice.

Konis tend to cost more than the Bilstein and not last near as long.

That tends to happen if you adjust them frequently no?

The ride on my car is so friggin stiff on the street but great on the highway + track. I literally adjusted them once or twice when I installed them and that was it. I remember the full soft setting made em feel as if they were blown :(
