    camber plates and drop hats

Good evening wonder world of r3v. I've been searching and haven't come across anything besides possible issues... but is anyone running camber plates with drop hats? I have IE race camber plates and I'd like to get a little lower in the front. I'm worried about the drop hats hitting the camber plates say for instance with e90 drop hats. I should have sectioned my front strut tubes a little bit, but that's all couldashouldawoulda. Anyways, any insight is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I don't remember which brands do and do not have issues but it may not work. Some camber plates offer a shorter stack height. My GC Touring plates have 12mm less stack height than a stock strut mount, that's one of the reasons I went with those.

Have you considered cutting 1/2 coil off of your spring? I know it sounds scary but I did is on my IE3 springs (from the bottom) and other than some extra drop it didn't change anything! No added noises or issues.

id rather pull the front struts and section them a bit before cutting springs.
