    Shocks blown?

My rear shocks are blown i think but would like to make sure. Every time i get wheel spin my car shakes as if its going up and down pretty rapidly. Also when you push the car down it goes down very easily and you hear the shock. I have racing dynamic springs and sachs shocks btw. Thanks :) <3

How many miles on the shocks? In my opinion, the Sachs/Boge shocks, with stock springs are good for no more than 60k. With any sort of sport springs, maybe half that. Bilsteins might go might go a little further.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

wheel hop is caused by shot suspension bushings normally, however blown shocks wouldn't help either. Does it feel like they are resisting down and up movement when you push down on the rear quarters to compress the suspension?

A BMW suspension typically won't fail the "bounce test" until the shocks are totally blown out. Way before then they are worn to the point that handling is seriously degraded.

They are not resisting when I push down. And I have no idea how many miles on them due to me buying them with the car
