Help With Springs Needed

I currently have Apex lowering springs and Tokico shocks. They were on the car when I bought it and the shocks are now blown. I'm going to get some Bilstein Sports but don't know what I want to do for springs. I wanted to get some H&R Race springs, but the $340 could go somewhere else. What are the Apex springs comparable to in spring rate? Should I just keep the Apex springs for the time being?
