    Cab install, quick advice

Installing some stock cabs on my 91 and I've hit a wall. I've tried every trick i know to get the pass side bushing on the arm (jack trick, hammers, elbow grease, pullers). I can't seem to get it past the outer lip of the bushing hole. Any tips/ideas...thanks

Clamp the control arm in a heavy duty vice that is bolted to something substantial. Lubricate the bushing and control arm rod with liquid soap and use a deep socket the just fits over the rod and drive the bushing/lollipop on with a hand sledge. This probably won't work with the arm on the car as the strut will move and absorb the driving force.

The other possibility is to fabricate a puller that attaches to the control arm and pushes against the driver.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I guess I should've stated that the arm is still on the car. I was trying to avoid removing it

Update: Had to put a torch to the rubber in the bushing hole. Prob not a great idea but it softened up the rubber enough for the cab to slide on. I'm happy
