    Where to buy rear coilover sleeves for e30?

    I got some rear eibach springs 0400.225.0800 and need to get the threaded sleeves so i can adjust my car nicely, the inside diameter of the springs is 2 1/4 inches. I called ground control and the guy on the phone said they only sell complete kits and not separate parts.... Someone point me in the right direction!

      I've got a ton of threaded sleeves that were cut off of shock tubes. If they're still there when I go in to work tomorrow (might have given them away/thrown them out already) I'll see if I can sell you just the sleeves and 2.25" spring perch. Or you could always try eBay. You can buy a set of generic coilover sleeve kits for a Honda or something for pretty cheap.

        Aren't most of those are for 2.5" spring?

            Bam.

            Vorschlag and TC Kline have them too, but they are more $$ and for 60mm springs if I remember correctly.

                I'm not sure, the only set of those i've ever seen in person I didn't get a chance to measure. But what thread pitch are your adjusters? If they are M52x1.5 then I've got some sleeves.

                IMO i would go with those IE perches that are made specifically for the E30 buckets. Other generic sleeves/perches can sometimes be sketchy with too short of a spring.

                Just found out I also have JOM rear adjusters lying around. Too bad they are 60mm :(

                  You'd still have to figure out centering the spring;
                  Complete Kit (One Strut) 2" I.D. for struts with a body diameter no larger than 2". This kit is to weld to your own struts allowing fitment of 2 1/4" I.D. springs and enabling vehicle to be converted to adjustable ride height. The tube supplied is 6" lon…

                  However, that's on the other side of the pond.

                  Maybe this?

                    TC Kline are $140 and Vorshlag are $200. IE is the cheapest that I've seen for them new, and they come with the urethane centering cones for the top.

                      Go with IE 2.25 rear adjusters. I've got a set of the 2.5 they made, finding 4" long springs with 2.5 ID is not easy. Over all i am very happy with the Quality of the product, No complaints on fitment.

                              They probably would but i already purchased the IE ones, they were $105 for both rear sides and they are direct e30 fitment (perfectly centered) and come with gaskets for the springs and everything... Thanks for looking into it though!
